Office chat and file sharing that never leaves your own network
QUICKDESK is the office intercom for computers. The PCs in your office find each other on your own network and talk directly: messages, files of any size, screenshots and voice typing. There is no server in the middle, so a message between two desks never touches the internet — which is why it keeps working when the broadband does not, and why the day’s conversation and every file sent is on your own machines rather than in somebody else’s data centre. One PC is the owner’s: it holds the office, the staff list and the connection key, and it decides how many PCs may join. Three PCs are free forever; after that you pay by the number of desks, once a month, for the office as a whole and not per person per feature.

Works when the internet does not
The PCs talk to each other over your own network. A power cut at the exchange, a dead broadband line, a capped mobile hotspot — the office carries on as normal.
Your files stay in your office
A file goes from one desk straight to another. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is scanned, and nothing sits on a server you cannot see.

Files of any size

Voice typing
Speak a note and it is written out on that PC itself — the speech never leaves the machine.
The owner’s PC is in charge
The office, the staff list and the connection key live on the owner’s computer. Nobody joins without it.
Joining takes one code
A new desk types the office connection key once and is in. No accounts to create for each person.

Install on the owner’s PC
Sign in once with Google. That PC becomes the office and shows a connection key.

Add the other desks
Install on each PC and enter the key. They find the office on the network by themselves.

Three PCs cost nothing. Choose a plan on axpertz.in when the fourth desk joins, and it is active in seconds.

Security & Privacy
- Messages and files travel directly between your own PCs over your own network — there is no AXPERTZ server in the path.
- Only the owner’s Google sign-in and the subscription itself go online; the office data never does.
- A PC joins only with the office connection key, and the owner can see every PC that has joined.
- Voice typing is recognised on the PC itself; the audio is never uploaded.

How your licence works
There is no licence key to buy on this website. You register inside the application after installing it, and your licence is issued and activated there.

Get the build for your operating system — Windows or macOS.
2. Install
Run the installer on the computer where you keep your books.
3. Register in the app
Open the application and complete registration. Your licence is issued during this step.
4. Activate
Activate inside the application. Everything happens in the app — there is nothing to activate on this website.

No. The conversation and the files live on the office PCs themselves. We hold your subscription — nothing else.
From inside QUICKDESK: choose a plan and it opens the payment page on axpertz.in in your browser. Pay by UPI, card or netbanking, and the application picks up the new plan by itself.
