1.Current Position

This website does not set cookies

At the date of this policy, the AXPERTZ website sets no cookies of any kind — not essential, analytics, preference or marketing. There is no analytics package, tag manager, advertising pixel, session recorder or chat widget installed, and fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party font service.

Because no cookies are set, no cookie consent banner is displayed. Showing a consent banner for cookies that do not exist would be misleading.

This policy nonetheless explains what cookies are, what we use instead, and what will happen if we introduce cookies in future — so the position is transparent and the document does not have to be written from scratch later.

2.What Cookies Are

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store and send back on later visits. Cookies are commonly used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure how a site is used, or track people across different websites for advertising.

Related technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels and software development kits. They serve similar purposes and are covered by this policy where relevant.

3.What This Website Actually Stores

The website stores exactly one item in your browser:

Storage type
Browser local storage (not a cookie)
Name
axpertz-theme
Purpose
Remembers whether you chose the light or dark appearance, so the site opens in your preferred theme.
Contents
The single word "light" or "dark".
Transmitted to us?
No. Local storage is never sent to a server. The value stays on your device.
Duration
Until you clear your browser storage for this site.

This entry is created only if you use the theme toggle. It contains no identifier, no personal information and nothing that could be used to recognise you across sites.

4.Essential Cookies

Essential cookies are those a website cannot function without — for example maintaining a signed-in session or protecting a form against cross-site request forgery.

This website uses none. It is a static site with no sign-in, so no session needs to be maintained.

5.Analytics Cookies

Analytics cookies measure how visitors use a site — pages viewed, time on page, navigation paths.

This website uses none. No analytics product of any kind is installed. If analytics is introduced, this policy will name the provider, list each cookie it sets, state its lifetime and purpose, and an appropriate consent mechanism will be added before it goes live.

6.Preference Cookies

Preference cookies remember choices such as language or appearance.

This website uses none. The theme preference is held in local storage instead, as described above, because it never needs to be sent to a server.

7.Marketing and Advertising Cookies

Marketing cookies build a profile of your interests to show targeted advertising, often across multiple websites.

This website uses none, and we do not run advertising or retargeting campaigns from it. We do not share information from this website with advertising networks or data brokers.

8.Third-Party Cookies

No third party sets a cookie through this website. The site is served by Firebase Hosting, which delivers static files; form submissions are written to Cloud Firestore only when you submit a form, and that request does not set a cookie in your browser for tracking purposes.

If you follow a link to an external website, that site may set its own cookies under its own policy. We have no control over those.

10.How to Manage Cookies and Site Storage

You can control cookies and site data through your browser settings. All major browsers let you view stored data, delete it for a specific site, block cookies, or clear everything on exit.

  1. 1Open your browser settings and find the privacy, cookies or site data section.
  2. 2Search for this website by name to see what it has stored.
  3. 3Clear the stored data, or block storage for the site if you prefer.
  4. 4Optionally set the browser to clear site data automatically when it closes.

Clearing storage for this site simply resets your theme preference to the default. No other functionality depends on it.

11.Cookies in Our Software Products

This policy covers the AXPERTZ website only. An individual software product that provides user accounts will normally need session cookies to keep a user signed in. Where that is the case, the cookies used are described in that product’s own documentation or privacy notice.

12.Changes to This Policy

This policy will be updated whenever the website’s use of cookies or browser storage changes. The version number and last updated date at the top of this page record when it last changed.

13.Contact Information

If you have a question about cookies or browser storage on this website, email axpertzpro@gmail.com or call +91 96736 72371.
