AXPERTZ began with a simple observation: a great deal of business software is built around what is technically possible rather than what people actually struggle with. Businesses end up adapting their work to the tool instead of the other way round. We started building products the other way round — find a real problem, understand where existing options fall short, and build something better around that gap. That approach is what connects everything we make, from accounting and GST billing to document and office management.

A business system earns its place by removing work, not adding it. We keep interfaces direct, defaults sensible and configuration in the hands of the business — so a change in how you work does not require a change request.
Our products are local-first. Your business records live in a database on your own computer, not on our servers — we do not upload, synchronise or hold them. The applications create automatic recovery backups on the same computer, verify them before they can be restored, and let you export to Excel, CSV or PDF at any time. Role-based access and activity history are built into the products themselves. This website runs on managed hosting and uses an access-controlled database purely for enquiries you send us.
