Single covers one company and one financial year at a time. Multi lets you maintain multiple companies and multiple financial years, switch between them, and use advanced reporting. If you are a professional handling books for several businesses, Multi is the plan built for that.
Only monthly billing is published at present. If you want an annual arrangement, contact us and we will discuss it directly.
Taxes and GST treatment are subject to applicable law and final billing configuration. Your invoice will show the applicable tax treatment.
Yes. You can move from Single to Multi as your requirements grow, or to Enterprise if you need multiple users, custom workflows or integrations. Contact us and we will arrange the change.
No demo appointments needed — every product page describes the product in full, with real screenshots, and available products can be downloaded and used directly. If anything is unclear, write to us from the contact page.
Online payment is not enabled on this website yet. After you get in touch, we issue an invoice and confirm the payment method directly. When online payment is introduced, the accepted methods will be listed here and in our Terms & Conditions.
Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which sets out the position for subscriptions, duplicate or failed payments, and services already delivered. Some commercial values in that policy are still being confirmed and are marked accordingly.
One company means one set of books — a single business entity with its own financial years, masters and reports. If you need to maintain more than one entity, the Multi plan is designed for that.
