AXPERTZ BOOKS is a complete accounting, billing, inventory and GST system built around the Tally-style keyboard workflow — the same gateway, the same F-keys, the same Accept? Y/N. Somebody who has spent ten years in Tally does not have to be retrained. It is local-first: the books live in a database on your own computer, not on our servers, and day-to-day work needs no internet at all. Existing Tally data can be brought in through Tally XML, so switching does not mean starting from an empty set of books.

    Receivables and payables by party, aged, with the bills behind each balance one keystroke away.

  • Tally XML import

    Bring groups, ledgers, opening balances, vouchers and stock items across from Tally. Running it twice does not double your books.

  • Inventory with manufacturing

    Stock items, godowns, stock journals and bill-of-materials manufacturing, with value moving in stock rather than through a voucher.

  • Payroll

    Salary structures and one payroll journal per month, with the month enforced as unique so a run cannot be posted twice.

  • Bank reconciliation

    Reconcile the bank statement against the ledger and keep the reconciled position with the account it belongs to.

  • Multi-currency

    Transact in foreign currency with unadjusted gain and loss reported, while the books themselves stay in INR.

  • Price levels and interest

    Party-wise rate cards applied automatically at billing, and simple interest measured on overdue bills.

  • e-Invoice & e-way bill records

    Prepare the payload and keep IRN and e-way bill details against the transaction. Record-keeping only — the application never registers anything on the government portal.

  • Built-in help, and an offline assistant

    Bilingual instant help on every screen, plus an optional AI assistant that runs on your own computer. Free, and it works with no internet — nothing you ask it leaves the machine.

  • Automatic Local Backup

    AXPERTZ BOOKS automatically creates recovery backups on your computer so you can restore your accounting data if the active database is accidentally deleted or becomes corrupted.

    • Your books are a database file on your own computer. They are never uploaded to us.
    • Signing in reaches Firebase to confirm who you are. Nothing from your books goes with it.
    • Day-to-day work needs no internet connection at all.
    • The optional AI assistant runs on your own machine. What you ask it does not leave the computer.
    • Automatic local backups are written to this computer so a deleted or damaged database can be restored.

    Your books live in a database on this computer, so keep free space for them and for the automatic local backups. No internet connection is needed for day-to-day work. The optional offline AI assistant needs about 1 GB more, downloaded once.

    There is no licence key to buy on this website. You register inside the application after installing it, and your licence is issued and activated there.
