FinanceOS

Smart Accounting & Finance Management System

FinanceOS is an accounting and finance management system for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets. It keeps ledgers, invoices, expenses and reporting in one place, so the numbers your team works from are the same numbers your accountant sees. Like the rest of the AXPERTZ range it is local-first: your records are stored on your own computer, not on our servers. It is in development and is not yet available for purchase.

Key benefits

Why teams use FinanceOS

  • One financial source of truth

Ledgers, invoices and expenses stay in sync instead of drifting across spreadsheets.

  • Faster month-end

Reports build from live entries, so closing the books stops being a manual rebuild.

  • Clear cash visibility

See what has been billed, what is outstanding and what is due — without asking around.
