Axpertz Solitaire Privacy Policy

Axpertz Solitaire is a card game that runs entirely on your phone. This policy explains the little it stores, the two places an advert can appear, and why there is no account to make.

Prepared for publication — final legal review recommended before commercial launch. This document was prepared for AXPERTZ against current applicable Indian requirements. It has not been reviewed or approved by a qualified Indian legal practitioner and is not legal advice. Anything marked OWNER / LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED still needs a decision from the owner or their adviser.

1.The short version

There is no account, and nothing leaves your phone

Every deal, every move, your statistics and your streak are worked out and stored on the device itself. You can play the whole game in airplane mode. We never see your games, and there is no server of ours for them to be sent to.

  • No sign-up, no login, no profile. The game opens and deals.
  • Your games in progress, statistics and settings are kept in the app’s own private storage and are deleted when you uninstall it.
  • Two ad placements exist and no more: one banner on the home menu, and a rewarded video you only ever see if you tap for it. Never during a game.
  • No analytics of ours, no crash reporter, no ad network other than Google AdMob.
  • One optional purchase, ₹49, removes the banner and stops hints asking for a video. It unlocks nothing, because nothing is locked.

2.Who We Are

Axpertz Solitaire is made by AXPERTZ, the software product brand of AXPERTZ ONLINE CONNECT LLP, at House No. 274, Ward No. 4, Ashtvinayak Colony, Tekari, Kanhan, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, 441404. In this policy "we" and "the app" mean Axpertz Solitaire specifically; our other products have their own policies.

3.What the App Stores, and Where

The following is written to the app’s private, sandboxed storage on your device. None of it is transmitted to us, and none of it identifies you.

Games in progress
The Klondike or Spider deal you are part-way through, so closing the app does not lose it.
Statistics
Games played and won, best time, best score and your daily streak — kept separately for each game and difficulty.
Settings
Whether you draw one card or three, whether deals are checked to be winnable, and how many suits Spider uses.
Whether ads were removed
A single yes-or-no, restored from Google Play if you reinstall.

4.No Account, Ever

The app asks for no email address, no phone number, no name and no password, because it has nothing to attach them to. That also means your statistics do not follow you to a new phone — that is the honest cost of holding nothing about you, and we think it is the right trade for a game of cards.

5.Advertising

Two placements exist in the entire app: a banner on the home menu, and a rewarded video that appears only when you deliberately tap for a hint, an extra undo or an easier deal. There is no advert during a game, none between games, and no full-screen advert of any kind — that is a locked product decision, enforced by an automated test that fails the build if an interstitial is ever added.

To serve those ads, Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may use your device’s advertising ID and coarse technical information such as device model, language and the general location implied by your IP address. That exchange is between your device and Google; AXPERTZ has no server in it and receives no personal data from it — only aggregate earnings figures with nobody’s name attached. Google’s handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and its advertising terms.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Doing so affects no game, statistic or purchase.

6.The One Purchase

Removing ads costs ₹49 once. The payment is handled entirely by Google Play; the app never sees, and never asks for, a card number, a UPI id or any payment detail. All Google tells the app is whether the purchase exists. Restoring it on a new device is a matter of signing in to the same Google account.

7.Permissions

Internet
The only permission the app asks for. Used by the ads SDK and by Google Play for the purchase. Dealing, playing, winning and every statistic work with it switched off.
Advertising ID
Read by the Google Mobile Ads SDK so Google can serve and measure ads. Resettable at any time in Android Settings.

8.Children

Axpertz Solitaire is a general-audience card game, not directed at children and not marketed to them. It collects nothing about anyone, of any age.

9.Data Retention and Deletion

Everything the app stores lives on your device for as long as the app is installed. Clearing the app’s storage in Android Settings, or uninstalling it, erases all of it immediately — the games, the statistics, the streak and the settings. There is no copy anywhere else, so there is nothing for you to ask us to delete and nothing for us to hold.

10.Changes to This Policy

If what Axpertz Solitaire stores, or how its two advertising placements work, ever changes, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date below will change with it.
