AXPERTZ Ludo Privacy Policy
AXPERTZ Ludo is a Ludo and साँप सीढ़ी game that runs entirely on your phone. This policy explains the little it stores, the two places an advert can appear, and why there is no account to make.
Prepared for publication — final legal review recommended before commercial launch. This document was prepared for AXPERTZ against current applicable Indian requirements. It has not been reviewed or approved by a qualified Indian legal practitioner and is not legal advice. Anything marked OWNER / LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED still needs a decision from the owner or their adviser.

1.The short version
There is no account, and nothing leaves your phone
The board, the dice, the AI opponents, your saved game and your statistics are all inside the app and on your device. You can play the whole game in airplane mode — there is no server of ours to connect to, because there is no server of ours.
- No sign-up, no login, no profile. The app opens and you play.
- No online play and no matchmaking. Your opponents are the people holding the same phone, or the app’s own computer players.
- Your settings, your unfinished game and your statistics are kept in the app’s private storage and are deleted when you uninstall it.
- Two ad placements exist and no more: one banner on the home screen, and a rewarded video you only see if you tap for an undo or a re-roll and then confirm it. Never during a turn, never between games.
- The only permissions beyond internet access are the ones the advertising and billing libraries bring with them. The app asks for no camera, no contacts, no files, no location.
- No analytics of ours, no crash reporter, no ad network other than Google AdMob.
- One optional purchase, ₹49, removes the banner. It unlocks no part of the game, because no part of the game is locked.
2.Who We Are
AXPERTZ Ludo is made by AXPERTZ, the software product brand of AXPERTZ ONLINE CONNECT LLP, at House No. 288/23, Ward No. 1, Harihar Nagar, Parseoni, Kandri, Kamptee, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, 441401. In this policy "we" and "the app" mean this game specifically; our other products have their own policies.
3.What the App Stores, and Where
The following is written to the app’s private, sandboxed storage on your device. None of it is transmitted to us, and none of it identifies you.
- Your unfinished game
- One saved Ludo game and one saved साँप सीढ़ी game — where every token stands — so a phone call in the middle of a match does not lose it.
- Statistics
- Games played and won, counted for each game and each seat colour. About twenty numbers in total, with no dates and nothing about who was playing.
- Settings
- Your language, sound, vibration, how fast the tokens move, which dice you like and which board you play on.
- साँप सीढ़ी rules
- Which board you chose, and whether you play with “exact finish” and “roll again on a six”.
- Unlocked boards
- Which board themes you have opened.
- Whether ads were removed
- A single yes-or-no, restored from Google Play if you reinstall.
4.No Account, No Online Play
The app asks for no email address, no phone number, no name and no password, because it has nothing to attach them to. There is also no online multiplayer: every seat at the board belongs either to somebody in the room with you or to the app’s own AI. That means no usernames, no chat, no friend lists and no strangers — which for a game families play together we think is the right trade, even though it also means your statistics do not follow you to a new phone.
5.Advertising
Two placements exist in the entire app: a banner on the home screen, and a rewarded video that appears only when you deliberately tap to undo a move or re-roll the dice, and then confirm on a sheet that tells you what you are about to watch. There is no advert during a turn, none when somebody wins, none between games, and no full-screen advert of any kind — that is a locked product decision, enforced by an automated test that fails the build if an interstitial is ever added.
If an ad cannot load, nothing is blocked: the button quietly says so and the game carries on. Nothing in the game is behind an advert.
To serve those ads, Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may use your device’s advertising ID and coarse technical information such as device model, language and the general location implied by your IP address. That exchange is between your device and Google; AXPERTZ has no server in it and receives no personal data from it — only aggregate earnings figures with nobody’s name attached. Google’s handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and its advertising terms.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Doing so affects no saved game, statistic or purchase.
6.The One Purchase
Removing ads costs ₹49 once. The payment is handled entirely by Google Play; the app never sees, and never asks for, a card number, a UPI id or any payment detail. All Google tells the app is whether the purchase exists. Restoring it on a new device is a matter of signing in to the same Google account.
7.Permissions
Android shows you the permissions of the finished app, which include ones the advertising and billing libraries add rather than ones we wrote. Every one of them is listed below, including those, because a list that quietly omitted them would not match what your phone tells you.
- Internet, and network state
- The only permission written into the app by us, plus the one the ads library adds to see whether there is a connection at all. Used by the ads library and by Google Play for the purchase. Every game, every board and every statistic works with the connection switched off.
- Advertising ID, and the advertising services permissions
- Added by the Google Mobile Ads library so Google can serve and measure ads. The advertising ID is resettable or deletable at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Billing
- Added by Google Play Billing so the one-time purchase can be made. It lets the app ask Google Play to run a purchase; it gives the app no access to any payment detail.
- Wake lock, and foreground service
- Added by the advertising library, not by us. The app itself starts no background service, plays nothing while you are away and holds your screen awake for nothing.
8.Children
AXPERTZ Ludo is a general-audience board game. Children plainly play Ludo, so it is worth saying exactly what that means here: the app collects nothing about anyone, of any age, has no chat and no way to reach another player, and shows no full-screen advertising. Advertising is served by Google AdMob, and where the app is distributed to a child audience Google’s policies require that advertising to be treated accordingly.
9.Data Retention and Deletion
Everything the app stores lives on your device for as long as the app is installed. Clearing the app’s storage in Android Settings, or uninstalling it, erases all of it immediately — the saved games, the statistics and the settings. There is no copy anywhere else, so there is nothing for you to ask us to delete and nothing for us to hold.
10.Changes to This Policy
If what AXPERTZ Ludo stores, or how its two advertising placements work, ever changes, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date below will change with it.
