AXPERTZ LIBRARIAN Privacy Policy

AXPERTZ LIBRARIAN keeps your study library register on your own phone. This policy says exactly what stays on the device, what the optional Google sign-in is for, and why your readers list never reaches us.

Prepared for publication — final legal review recommended before commercial launch. This document was prepared for AXPERTZ against current applicable Indian requirements. It has not been reviewed or approved by a qualified Indian legal practitioner and is not legal advice. Anything marked OWNER / LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED still needs a decision from the owner or their adviser.

1.The short version

Your register stays on your phone

Every reader, plan, payment and receipt you enter is stored in AXPERTZ LIBRARIAN's own private storage on your device. We do not receive it, we cannot read it, and there is no AXPERTZ database of your readers anywhere. The one copy that leaves the phone is the nightly backup, and it goes into your own Google Drive, not ours.

  • The app works fully without an account. Sign-in is optional and exists for one purpose: the backup.
  • If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, your name and your profile picture from Google — nothing else, and never your password.
  • The nightly backup is written to your Google Drive using the drive.file permission, which lets the app see only the file it created itself. It cannot read the rest of your Drive, and neither can we.
  • Bills and reminders go out through WhatsApp on your phone, from your own number. We are not part of that message.
  • No advertisements. No analytics of ours. No third-party tracking SDK.
  • The Google Play build contains no purchase of any kind — no prices, no plans, no payment link.

2.Who We Are

AXPERTZ LIBRARIAN is made by AXPERTZ, the software product brand of AXPERTZ ONLINE CONNECT LLP, at House No. 288/23, Ward No. 1, Harihar Nagar, Parseoni, Kandri, Kamptee, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, 441401. In this policy "we" means that company and "the app" means AXPERTZ LIBRARIAN specifically; our other products have their own policies.

3.What the App Stores on Your Device

All of the following lives in a database file inside the app's private, sandboxed storage — the protection Android gives every app's local data. None of it is transmitted to us.

Your readers
Name, mobile number, member number, joining date, and the optional details you choose to fill in.
Plans and payments
What was sold, for how long, what was paid, by which mode, and the receipt number — the same things a paper register holds.
Attendance
Who came in, and at what time, on the days you marked them in at the desk.
Your business details
The name of your study library, its phone number, your plan prices, staff and expenses.
Crash text
If the app fails, the technical description is written to the device so you can see it. It is sent to us only if you press the button that sends it, and you can read it first.

4.Signing in with Google (Optional)

The app runs completely without an account: you can add readers, take payments and send bills having signed in to nothing. Signing in with Google does two things — it identifies the account a subscription belongs to, and it gives the app permission to write the backup file to your Drive.

From Google we receive your email address, your display name and your profile picture. We never receive your Google password. Signing out from inside the app removes those details from the device; the register itself is untouched by signing in or out.

5.The Nightly Backup to Your Own Drive

Once a night, between about 1 and 2 am, the app copies the whole register into a single file in your Google Drive and keeps it up to date, so that a lost or broken phone does not mean a lost register. Drive keeps the older versions of that file, so an accidental deletion can still be recovered.

The app can see only its own file

The permission requested is Google's drive.file scope, the narrowest one there is: it grants access only to files the app itself created. The app cannot list, open or alter anything else in your Drive. The backup file belongs to your Google account, not to us — we have no access to it, no key for it, and no copy of it.

Backup is off until you switch it on, and switching it off stops it. Deleting the file from your Drive deletes the only off-device copy that exists.

6.Bills Sent on WhatsApp

When you send a bill or a reminder, the app opens WhatsApp on your phone with the message already written, addressed to the number you stored. You press send. The message travels between your WhatsApp and theirs; it does not pass through any server of ours, and we keep no record of it. What WhatsApp itself does with the message is governed by WhatsApp's own policy.

7.Subscription and Payment

AXPERTZ LIBRARIAN is free for up to ten active readers, permanently. Beyond that, a subscription is required to keep adding new work; reading, exporting, attendance and backup never stop, and old records are never locked away.

The subscription is sold on https://axpertz.in, outside the app. Payment is taken by Razorpay on Razorpay's own page — we never see or store your card, UPI id or bank details. The app asks our billing service one question: whether this account is entitled. The version of the app published on Google Play carries no prices, no plans and no link to that page at all.

8.Permissions the App Asks For

Internet
Used for three things only: signing in with Google, writing the backup to your Drive, and checking whether the subscription on your account is active. The register itself never travels over it.
Notifications
The morning reminder that lists whose membership ends today and who owes money. Refusing it costs you only that reminder.
Storage / share
Used when you export a PDF receipt or a report, and only for the file you asked for.

The app does not ask for your location, your contacts, your photos, your microphone or your camera, and it does not read your SMS.

9.Children

This is a tool for running a business. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. The people whose details you enter are your own readers; you are responsible for having their consent to keep their number, in the same way you would be for a paper register.

10.Security

Because there is no AXPERTZ server holding your register, there is no database of ours that a breach could expose. The realistic risks are on the device itself: anyone who can unlock your phone can open the app. Keep a screen lock on the phone, and keep your Google account protected — that account is what guards your backup.

11.Data Retention and Deletion

Your register is kept for as long as the app is installed. Clearing the app's storage in Android Settings erases it immediately; uninstalling removes it. The backup file in your Drive stays until you delete it, because it is yours. We hold nothing of your register to delete — the only thing we hold is the account record behind a subscription, and you can ask us to delete that by writing to axpertzpro@gmail.com.

12.Changes to This Policy

If what the app stores or sends ever changes, this page changes with it and the "last updated" date below moves. A change that made anything leave your phone would be said here plainly before it shipped.

13.Contact Us

Questions about this policy, or about anything the app does on your phone, can be sent to axpertzpro@gmail.com. Our grievance officer for data-protection matters is Suraj Chandravanshi, CEO (Grievance Officer).
