Axpertz Games Privacy Policy

One policy for every Axpertz game — 2048, Sudoku, Carrom, the Hindi crossword, Bubble Shooter, Brick Breaker, Block Puzzle, Nonogram, Kabaddi, Chor Sipahi, Runner, Solitaire, Ludo and शब्द पहेली. They all run on your phone, they all hold nothing about you, and this page says exactly what that means.

Prepared for publication — final legal review recommended before commercial launch. This document was prepared for AXPERTZ against current applicable Indian requirements. It has not been reviewed or approved by a qualified Indian legal practitioner and is not legal advice. Anything marked OWNER / LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED still needs a decision from the owner or their adviser.

1.The short version

There is no account, and nothing leaves your phone

Every board, every score, every streak and every setting is worked out and stored on the device itself. You can play any of our games start to finish in airplane mode. We never see your games, because there is no server of ours for them to be sent to.

  • No sign-up, no login, no profile. The game opens and plays.
  • Saves, high scores, statistics and settings live in the app’s own private storage and are erased when you uninstall it.
  • Two ad placements exist in each game and no more: one banner on the home menu, and a rewarded video you only ever see if you tap for it. Never during play, and never full-screen.
  • No analytics of ours, no crash reporter, no tracking SDK, and no ad network other than Google AdMob.
  • No in-app purchases are offered at present, so no game can take money from you.
  • Where a game has coins or boosters, they are earned by playing. They cannot be bought and have no cash value.

2.Which Apps This Covers

This policy applies to the Axpertz games line as a whole: Axpertz 2048, Sudoku, Carrom, the Hindi crossword (शब्द वर्ग), Bubble Shooter, Brick Breaker, Block Puzzle, Nonogram, Kabaddi, Chor Sipahi, Runner, Solitaire, Ludo and शब्द पहेली. It is one page rather than fourteen because the answer is the same in every one of them, and fourteen near-identical pages would only let one of them quietly fall out of date.

Our non-game products — the accounting, tax and practice tools — are different software with different needs, and they have their own policies. Nothing on this page describes them.

3.Who We Are

The games are made by AXPERTZ, the software product brand of AXPERTZ ONLINE CONNECT LLP, at House No. 288/23, Ward No. 1, Harihar Nagar, Parseoni, Kandri, Kamptee, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, 441401.

4.What the Games Store, and Where

The following is written to each app’s private, sandboxed storage on your device. None of it is transmitted to us, and none of it identifies you.

The game in progress
The board, hand or level you are part-way through, so closing the app does not lose it.
Scores and statistics
Best score, best time, levels finished, puzzles solved and your daily streak — kept per game and per difficulty.
Settings
Language, light or dark theme, sound and vibration, and whatever options that particular game offers.
Coins and boosters
In the games that have them: a count of what you have earned by playing. They are not bought and have no cash value.

5.No Account, Ever

The games ask for no email address, no phone number, no name and no password, because there is nothing to attach them to. That also means your scores do not follow you to a new phone — that is the honest cost of holding nothing about you, and for a puzzle game we think it is the right trade.

6.Advertising

Two placements exist in each game: a banner on the home menu, and a rewarded video that appears only when you deliberately tap for a hint, an extra life, an undo or a continue. There is no advert during play, none between rounds, and no full-screen advert of any kind. That is a locked product decision, not a preference — an automated test fails the build if an interstitial or app-open ad is ever added to any game in the line.

To serve those ads, Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may use your device’s advertising ID along with coarse technical information such as device model, language and the general location implied by your IP address. That exchange is between your device and Google. Axpertz has no server in it and receives no personal data from it — only aggregate earnings figures with nobody’s name attached. Google’s handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and its advertising terms.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Doing so affects no game, no score and no setting.

7.Payments

No Axpertz game currently offers an in-app purchase; the option is switched off in every one of them. If a paid option is ever turned on, the payment would be handled entirely by Google Play — the app would never see, and would never ask for, a card number, a UPI id or any payment detail — and this page would be updated before it shipped.

8.Permissions

Internet
The only permission the games ask for. Used by the ads SDK. Every board, level, score and setting works with it switched off.
Advertising ID
Read by the Google Mobile Ads SDK so Google can serve and measure ads. Resettable at any time in Android Settings.

No game asks for your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos, files or call logs. None of them can, because none of them declares those permissions.

9.Children

The Axpertz games are general-audience puzzle and arcade games. They are not directed at children and are not marketed to them, and they collect nothing about anyone, of any age.

10.Data Retention and Deletion

Everything a game stores lives on your device for as long as the app is installed. Clearing the app’s storage in Android Settings, or uninstalling it, erases all of it immediately — the saves, the scores, the streak and the settings. There is no copy anywhere else, so there is nothing for you to ask us to delete and nothing for us to hold.

11.Changes to This Policy

If what the games store, or how their two advertising placements work, ever changes, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date below will change with it.
