Lock the phone for as long as you decide — calls and messages keep working
Choose how long and which apps stay allowed, then press START. For that stretch of time everything else is out of reach, while your dialler and your messages are never touched. Getting out early costs a minute of waiting and then your PIN, and it goes on your record.
What it does
Blocked means blocked
A blocked app will not open: you are sent back to the home screen with the time remaining on screen.
Breaking it costs something
A full minute of waiting, then your PIN, then the session ends — and the break is counted on your record.
Your record, plainly
Minutes actually focused today next to your real screen time, a seven-day chart, your streak, and how often you gave in.
Uninstall protection
Optional. While it is on, Android refuses to remove the app during a session. One switch turns it off again.
Install it
Download for AndroidNot on Google Play. Installing it takes a few extra taps and Android will show some warnings — all of them are explained on the download page.
