Axpertz Academy Privacy Policy

Axpertz Academy teaches how markets work through tap-to-define lessons and quizzes. This policy explains what stays on your device, what an optional Google sign-in adds, and how the two advertising placements work.

Prepared for publication — final legal review recommended before commercial launch. This document was prepared for AXPERTZ against current applicable Indian requirements. It has not been reviewed or approved by a qualified Indian legal practitioner and is not legal advice. 1.The short version

Reading the course needs no account and no internet

Every lesson, every tap-to-define definition, every quiz and your daily streak are stored inside the app and on your device. You can read the entire course in airplane mode. Signing in with Google is optional and only carries your name, photo and streak to a new device — it never gates a lesson, a track or a quiz.

  • No account is required to use the app. Every track, every quiz and your progress work fully signed out.
  • Signing in is Google Sign-In through Firebase Auth — only your name, email and profile photo are used, and only to identify your account across devices.
  • One small banner ad on the home screen, and one interstitial ad shown only right after you finish a track's quiz. Both are served by Google AdMob. No ads appear inside a lesson or during a quiz question.
  • The app sells nothing. There is no in-app purchase and no payment of any kind, which means no card, UPI or payment detail exists for this app to see.
  • No analytics of our own, no crash reporter, no ad network other than Google AdMob.
  • Your reading progress and streak are stored locally in the app's private storage and are deleted when you uninstall it.

2.Who We Are

Axpertz Academy is made by AXPERTZ, the software product brand of AXPERTZ ONLINE CONNECT LLP, at House No. 288/23, Ward No. 1, Harihar Nagar, Parseoni, Kandri, Kamptee, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, 441401. In this policy "we" and "the app" mean Axpertz Academy specifically; our other products have their own policies.

3.What the App Stores, and Where

The lesson packs — every track, every glossary entry, every quiz question — ship inside the app itself, in both English and Hindi, for India and, where written, a US-specific variant. Reading them never contacts a server. The following is stored only in the app's private, sandboxed storage on your device, never transmitted to us.

Lesson progress
Which lessons in which track you have finished, so a track resumes where you left off.
Streak
Your current daily streak and your best streak, updated when you open the app.
Language and region
Whether you are reading in English or Hindi, and whether you are reading the India or US pack.

4.Signing In (Optional)

Axpertz Academy never requires an account. If you choose to sign in, it is with your Google account through Firebase Authentication. We receive your name, email address and profile photo, as provided by Google — nothing more.

Signing in exists for one purpose: to identify the same person on a new phone. Nothing about the reading experience — which tracks are unlocked, how deep the tap-to-define nesting goes, or whether a quiz is available — depends on being signed in. You can sign out at any time from the account icon on the home screen; this does not erase progress already saved on the device.

5.Advertising

Two ad placements exist in the whole app, and only these two: a small banner on the home screen, and one interstitial ad shown after you finish a track's quiz. Both are served by Google AdMob. There are no ads inside a lesson, inside the tap-to-define definition cards, or during a quiz question itself — that placement is a deliberate, locked product decision, not a default.

To show those ads, Google's Mobile Ads SDK may use your device's advertising ID and coarse technical information such as device model, language and general location derived from your IP address. That exchange is between your device and Google; AXPERTZ has no server in it and receives no personal data from it — only aggregate earnings figures with no individual attached. Google's handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and its advertising terms.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads). Doing so does not affect any lesson, quiz or your saved progress.

6.Permissions

Internet
Used by Google Sign-In and Google Mobile Ads. Reading a lesson, a definition, or a quiz never needs it.
Advertising ID
Read by the Google Mobile Ads SDK so Google can serve and measure ads. Resettable at any time in Android Settings.

7.Children

Axpertz Academy is a general-audience financial-literacy course, not directed at children, and is not marketed to them. It carries no child-specific design or content.

8.Security

The lesson content, your progress and your streak live in the app's own protected storage, the same sandbox Android gives every app's local data. Sign-in credentials are handled by Google's own Sign-In and Firebase Authentication flows, never typed into or stored by this app directly.

9.Data Retention and Deletion

Progress and streak are kept for as long as the app is installed. Clearing the app's storage in Android Settings, or uninstalling it, erases all of it immediately. Signing out removes your session from the device but does not delete progress already saved locally.

To delete the account itself, see the account deletion page at https://axpertz.in/academy-delete-account — it sets out the steps, exactly what is removed, and how long it takes.

10.Changes to This Policy

If what Axpertz Academy collects, or how it uses Google sign-in and advertising, ever changes, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date below will change with it.
